The Bracca Club

Applications are accepted twice per calendar year: Window I runs January 15 through February 15, and Window II runs September 20 through October 20. Submissions are reviewed only during these periods, and results are communicated by March 1 and November 5 respectively.

Each individual is permitted a maximum of five applications in their lifetime. The limit protects the integrity and exclusivity of the selection process. There are no exceptions, no appeals, and no extensions — if a fifth application is unsuccessful, the door closes permanently.

Completed applications are evaluated by the selection committee after each window closes. Results for Window I are communicated by March 1 and for Window II by November 5. All correspondence is conducted by email only, sent to the address provided on your application.

An invitation from a current member allows you to submit outside the application window, but it does not bypass the portfolio review. Every candidate — invited or otherwise — must pass the same rigorous evaluation of their work before acceptance.

A portfolio of no fewer than 20 automotive photographs demonstrating a consistent visual identity, demonstrated experience photographing luxury, exotic, or collectible vehicles, an existing body of published or exhibited work (social media alone is insufficient), and a letter of intent outlining your purpose for seeking membership.

Contributions to the endowment are entirely voluntary and are processed separately through PayPal with complete discretion. They have no bearing on the outcome of any application, and your generosity is never a factor in selection.

Your application, portfolio, and letter of intent are reviewed under strict confidentiality by the selection committee. They are stored in an access-restricted registry, are never sold or shared with third parties, and unsuccessful records are permanently expunged after each review cycle.
